Logmind Secures Investment to Supercharge AI-Driven Log and Alert Intelligence

August 11, 2025

Logmind, a spin-off from EPFL, has secured additional funding to advance its intelligent platform for proactive IT incident detection and resolution. The newly secured capital will enable Logmind to further expand its team size, strengthen its market presence, and accelerate product development. The round was led by Spicehaus Partners, with participation from new and existing investors. A second tranche shall be closed in Q4 2025.

Founded by Ketevani Zaridze, she and her team developed a cloud-based SaaS platform that uses machine learning and generative AI to help IT teams detect and resolve operational issues before they impact business performance.

The platform analyzes billions of log and alert events in real time across applications, infrastructure, and security layers – whether on-premise or in the cloud. It automatically identifies anomalies, correlates issues across systems, and provides natural-language explanations and solution recommendations. Advanced features include root cause analysis, customizable dashboards, and intuitive search via natural language or SQL queries.

With Logmind, IT teams benefit from up to 92% faster responsiveness to customer issues and a 75% reduction in the cost of issue resolution. The platform is built for scalability and ease of use, making powerful AIOps capabilities accessible even to non-specialized IT teams.

Logmind addresses mid-sized and large organizations across Europe. Target industries include healthcare, manufacturing, public institutions, and finance. The platform is offered as a subscription-based service with predictable pricing based on processed event volumes.

“This investment is a strong signal of confidence in our vision,” says Ketevani Zaridze, Founder and CEO. “We’re building a platform that helps IT teams shift from reactive firefighting to proactive, intelligent operations.”

“We’re excited to continue backing Logmind’s innovative approach to AIOps,” said Jonas Brenner, representing Spicehaus Partners. “Their platform addresses a critical operational challenge in a massive market – and does so with a solution that’s both cost-effective and highly accessible, particularly for mid-sized IT teams.”
